How Much CBD Should You Vape For Anxiety?

Anxiety is becoming common these days. More people than ever before are struggling with this condition. When they go to the doctor, if they can, they are often given medications that come with a list of side effects so long and nasty they make anxiety seem not so bad. According to the Mental Health Foundation, “19.8% reported high levels of anxiety during 2018/19. This increased to 24.2% during 2020/21. But anxiety levels decreased the following year, with 22.5% reporting high levels of anxiety during 2021/22.”

CBD sales are on the rise, and anxiety is declining. Could it be a coincidence, or could there be more to it? Many people report CBD helping them manage anxiety. Consumers often use multiple methods of CBD consumption, like CBD edibles, CBD tinctures, CBD oral oil, and CBD vape oil, to help manage anxiety.

How Many Puffs of CBD Should I Take for Anxiety?

When it comes to the number of puffs it takes from an anxiety pen to help with everyday anxiety, that number is different for everyone. It is a good idea to understand how to calculate how much CBD is in a puff from a vape pen. If you have a 1000 mg 1ml Aztec CBD vape pen, which is one, you’ll get an average of 300 puffs from it. Divide 1000 by 300 puffs, and you’ll end up with 3.3. That means each puff is about 3mg of CBD. Ten puffs and you just consumed around 30 mg of CBD.

How Much CBD Should You Vape for Anxiety?

How much CBD you should vape for anxiety depends on factors such as your size, tolerance, condition of health, type of CBD you vape, and more. Good advice is to vape as little as needed to achieve the desired results you’re after. The FSA “recommends no more than 70mg a day (about 28 drops of 5% CBD) unless under medical direction.” Consuming too much CBD could have unwanted consequences such as insomnia, diarrhoea, feelings of nervousness, and more.

You know your body best. When using CBD, slow down until you find your happy mark. You can build up a tolerance to CBD like anything else. There’s no need to waste it. Don’t expect an instant fix. You may be pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness.
