Maggie is nicknamed the mother of the CBD Oil King team. She has a huge heart and always has customers on her mind.

She is a driven individual and always ensures the team are customer focused. She has extensive experience in building relationships with ecommerce customers. Her understanding of customers' needs and wants are far beyond any 'so-called' customer services manager.

For this reason she is not a 'customer services manager' or 'VP of customer relations' but the Chief Customer Officer!
